Cartoons always preceded the main features at the art-deco movie palaces where dreams came to life. “Comes Love” isn’t associated with the Fleischer Brothers or Warner Brothers cartoons, let alone Walt Disney, but all-arounder Charlie Tobias penned “Alice In Wonderland” for Uncle Walt  and the “Th-th-that’s All, Folks” ending to those Merrie Melodies. Robben Ford provides a bouncy springboard for California clarinet prodigy Chloe Feoranzo, only 20 when they recorded this.
